Shortly after completing my Diploma in Remedial Massage in 2009, I found interest in studying Craniosacral Therapy (CST). Two of my friends were practitioners and I had a bit of an understanding of what it was about, having had treatments before.
What amazed me the most was, how can such gentle work have such a profound effect? I studied with the Craniosacral Academy in Adelaide and Hugh Milne (USA).
About CST
CST is a gentle yet profoundly transformative hands-on healing practice that works with the body's innate wisdom. Using a light, intuitive touch, CST helps release deep-seated tension within the connective tissue network known as the fascia—an intricate web that holds and supports every structure in the body. The craniosacral system refers to the membranes and cerebrospinal fluid that surround and protect the brain and spinal cord. This includes the bones of the skull (cranium) and the sacrum (the lower part of the spine), essentially acting as a fluid-filled system that helps to regulate pressure within the central nervous system.
More than just a physical technique, CST invites the body into a state of deep stillness, where healing can naturally unfold. Understanding Fascia and its Role in the Body
Fascia is a specialized connective tissue that weaves throughout the entire body, much like a spider’s web or the threads of a sweater. It surrounds and supports every muscle, bone, nerve, artery, and vein, as well as all internal organs—including the heart, lungs, brain, and spinal cord.
What makes fascia unique is that it isn’t just a series of separate coverings—it’s one continuous structure that extends from head to toe without interruption. This means that tension, restriction, or imbalance in one area can create a ripple effect, influencing other parts of the body, much like how a pull in a sweater affects the entire fabric.
The Impact of Fascia on Pain and Mobility
When the fascia becomes restricted due to trauma, inflammation, or surgery, it can create intense pressure—up to 2,000 pounds per square inch—on pain-sensitive structures. These restrictions don’t always appear on standard medical tests like X-rays, MRIs, or CT scans, making them difficult to diagnose.
Many people experiencing chronic pain, stiffness, or limited movement may actually have underlying fascial restrictions, even if traditional tests don’t reveal the cause. Releasing these restrictions through therapies like Myofascial Release can restore balance, relieve pain, and improve overall function.
Myofascial Release Therapy and CST are a match made in heaven. These therapies can be applied without the use of oil and in combination with massage.

In 2005 I came across Art Therapy for the first time when I was working as a nurse in Switzerland in a Mental Health Rehab. I was fascinated straight away by its power and depth of using creativity and the unconscious mind to promote healing and transformation.
Years later I found myself going through a difficult time in my life and it was drawing, painting, singing & dancing which brought me such immense strength, clarity and healing that I embarked on studying Art Therapy myself.
Since 2018 I have been an Art Therapist in private practice offering sessions in person and on Zoom and have been facilitating groups indoors and outdoors. I feel deeply grateful for being able to hold a creative healing space for others.
What is Art Therapy?
Art Therapy is a form of psychotherapy that works with the unconscious mind to facilitate deep emotional exploration and healing. Although I have been aware of the presence of Angels since childhood, it was only in recent years that I began working with them more closely.
In 2018, after the passing of my grandmother Anni, my life changed in ways I could never have anticipated. Angels began gathering around me, though at first, I questioned whether it was real. As my intuition deepened and my connection to the divine strengthened, I experienced more profound encounters with Angels and loved ones who had crossed over.
Embracing this path has been a journey of aligning my mind, heart, and body with this sacred work. My teachers have been many—among them, the Angels themselves, my grandmothers, my clients, family constellation work, and my mentor, Angel Teacher Shunanda. I am deeply grateful for the unwavering support of my friends, as well as the incredible guidance from those in spirit, who have helped shape and affirm my work.
