    Hello! I am Denise, and you have entered the

 ‘Space of Creative Flow’.

A warm welcome to a peaceful space for you to connect, heal and transform. Offering you support, guidance and inspiration, I can assist you to activate your self-healing abilities on your path of well-being and radiance. 

 Through a blend of Art Therapy, Counselling, and complementary somatic modalities such as Massage, Craniosacral Therapy and Myofascial Release, I support individuals in accessing deeper self-awareness, emotional healing, and alignment with their innate vitality and potential. 

My services include one-on-one sessions, art gatherings, and creative events, held both indoors and outdoors, fostering connection, transformation, and self-expression.

Based in Adelaide, South Australia, and originally from Switzerland, I provide sessions in English, Swiss German, and High German, available in person and online.
